Our intentions of working on the website still have not worked out in reality, but we have a little good news, sort of. We can now be found on Facebook. I know, nothing too "Old Paths" about that, but we keep being told that the best way to reach people these days is along that "new" path. So, we're giving it a shot.
I don't know yet how to make that little white "f" in the blue box show up here, but you can click here to get to our Facebook page. Hope you find it helpful. Of course, the easiest way to reach us is simply to pick up the phone and call!
We continue working full-speed at the most pressing issues of farm life. Currently, that means our farmers' markets (Inman on Friday evenings from 4:00-7:00, and Hub City in Spartanburg every Saturday morning from 8:00 until noon. Come see us! And here on the farm the rest of the week, we're busy continuing to make the barn and grounds even more ready for weddings, parties, business meetings, and the like. Again, see us on Facebook for the latest information.
This year, our availability on bulk beef is all but zero, but we do have some pork available year-round. We fill orders for existing customers first, then it's first come, first serve for the rest. Just send us an email to let us know you want some, and we'll add you to the list, and contact you with next availability. It's that simple.
As alluded to above, the farm is available to rent for weddings, parties, etc. Rental for weddings is usually for the entire day (gates close at 10:00 PM sharp), with included access the day before for rehearsals, etc. Also, rental rates for this first year are half the 2017 rate, so book now to get the best price. Please contact us for more information, to arrange a tour of the facilities, or to reserve a date. Old Paths Farm is an alcohol-free facility, and we only rent our facilities for activities that we feel are in keeping with our Christian faith.
We hope to see old friends again soon, and look forward to meeting new friends over the course of the year. We'd love to have you come out to the farm, have a picnic by the pond, hike through the woods, or take a tour if our schedules allow.
We appreciate each and every one of you, and your support as we pursue the good life here on the farm!
