General Rental Information & Terms

We feel honored to share our place with you. We consider it our top priority to ensure that your time with us goes the best it possibly can, and we aim to treat you like family while you are here. We are committed to maintaining a family atmosphere at all times at our venue–after all, our families live here!

 

All guests will sign a contract thoroughly explaining what you can expect from us while you are here, and what we expect from you. To help ensure that contract terms are upheld, we require a $250 security deposit for all rentals, whether hourly or daily. Other terms are clearly explained in the contract.

 

As part of our effort to create and maintain a family atmosphere, and to ensure that all guests have a fully enjoyable time while here and have fond memories of their time here afterwards, we have chosen to be an alcohol-free venue. Let us help you create a memorable experience for your guests while they are here that will be unique and give them something to share fondly with friends and family.

Rentals usually follow a timeline like this:

1) Initial phone, online, or in-person conversation to see if there is interest in renting, 

2) Schedule a site visit to come see the venue in person, and 

3) Make a $750 deposit to secure your date(s). That’s it!

 

Please note that Events at Old Paths Farm is closed on Sundays in observance of the Sabbath. We will return all calls received on Sunday as soon as we can the next day.

One-Day Package (Friday or Saturday)

Rental Fee: 2024 – $2,800; 2025 – $3,200

  • Exclusive access to the venue all day of the wedding  

  • Use of main barn, pavilion, kitchen, bathrooms, and surrounding grounds    

  • Tables, white wedding chairs, and linens for up to 150 

  • We do all cleaning, set-up, and break-down. You just do your decorating.    

  • Bridal suite and groom’s quarters    

  • Farm representative onsite all day of wedding

Note: Monday-Thursday rentals receive all of the above at 40% off the Friday/Saturday rate.

Two-Day Package (Friday/Saturday)

Rental Fee: 2024 – $3,800; 2025 – $4,000

  • Exclusive access to the venue all day of the wedding, plus the day before    

  • Use of grounds for bridal shoot    

  • Use of main barn, pavilion, kitchen, bathrooms, and surrounding grounds    

  • Tables, white wedding chairs, and linens for up to 150 

  • Additional set of linens for rehearsal dinner 

  • We do all cleaning, set-up, and break-down. You just do your decorating.    

  • Bridal suite and groom’s quarters    

  • Farm representative onsite all day of wedding

Elopement Options

"Simply Beautiful" $750

Experience the beauty and tranquility of celebrating at the farm on your special day! Here are the details:   

 

  • Total of 5 hours access to the property

  •  Maximum of 35 people (including wedding party)

  • Tables, chairs, and linens provided  

"Basically Perfect" $300

Come tie the knot with just your closest family and friends and soak up the beauty of the farm. Here are the details:   

 

  • Total of 2 hours access to the property

  •  Maximum of 10 people (including wedding party)

  • Chairs provided for ceremony

Note: For Friday or Saturday dates, these packages must be booked within 3 months of your date.

EVENTS AT OLD PATHS FARM PAVILION

Hourly Rental Rates (non-wedding)

Three Hours: up to 50 people – $350 (additional hours $50/hr up to 8 total hours)
 
Three Hours: 51 - 100 people – $600
(additional hours $75/hr up to 8 total hours)


Four Hours: 101 - 150  people – $1,150
(additional hours $100/hr up to 8 total hours)

For non-wedding events, we offer our venue for blocks of three - eight hours. For Friday or Saturday events, booking must occur no more than three months prior to the date of the event.    

 

  • Limited access to contracted venue areas for the duration of rental    

  • Tables and chairs required for number of guests    

  • We do all cleaning, set-up, and break-down.    

  • Farm representative available as needed
